“Gen has made an incredible difference in our lives. Our beautiful 8-year-old British bulldog had become intolerant to receiving pats from anyone other than the immediate family without snapping. We didn’t know why but I was at the point that I was scared he might hurt someone. Since working with Gen, Winnie has come a very long way.
Yesterday we had 14 people at our home for a whole afternoon- Winnie invited and happily accepted love and pats from everyone without a single snap. Gen is an absolute miracle worker and Winnie adores her. I’m so very thankful and couldn’t recommend Gen highly enough.”
Walking their dog was almost unbearable…
“My big lovable larrikin had unfortunately no sense of manners. Walking badly, pulling us in all directions, and with that we were also concerned with his social manners, I mean he weighs over 60kgs! Walking became unbearable and I was concerned, yet that was our fault not keeping up with training. And then I found Gen… I honestly cannot tell you the transformation.
After intensive training provided by Gen, we now feel confident at least taking him for walks. He honestly changed and we cannot be happier. He doesn’t pull me over, he listens and checks in when he should, not only does she train our boy, but also his owners! I cannot thank Gen enough to make us more relieved with his manners and also giving us tips and tricks along the way. She loves our boy, just as much as he loves her.”

“About 18 months ago our family brought home the most delightful Border Collie. This being our first dog made it challenging to know all the right things to do in terms of training. As Charlie grew it became apparent that she was becoming increasingly anxious, and not coping with cars, people, other dogs and anyone coming into or near the house.
From the moment I met Gen I knew she was the right fit for Charlie and I. Gen is very personable, encouraging, understanding and has a great sense of humour. Nothing has been too much trouble and she always knows the right thing to say. Gen has trained me as much as Charlie. Charlie no longer tries to round up cars, she is also increasingly getting better with unknown dogs and people. Basically, Gen has managed to lower Charlie’s anxiety and build confidence in me as her carer.”
